Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it, which involves printing, packaging, and handing it over to the shipping company. This typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Subsequently, your order is in transit for an estimated 3 to 7 days. You will also receive a tracking code in your email inbox, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

Please note that in the case of returns for size exchange, if accepted, you would be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you want to return (to our address in Italy).
